We hope you love your order! However in the instance that you have changed your mind you can return your unopened / Unused products to us within 14 days of delivery. Contact our customer service with your original invoice number to get your return authorization, and we will give you the returns address for the items which are eligible. If your item is faulty please also contact us for a replacement. All our cosmetics should be returned with the tamper proof seal intact in an unused condition. Refunds can take up to 14days to be processed.
